Lead facilitators

Tania Shetty

Tania has an MSc in International Health Management and expertise in patient advocacy and medical education.

During her career she has worked closely with underrepresented and often marginalised communities, including LGBTQ+ and BAME communities, women, drug users, and migrants, to gain a greater understanding of their unmet needs and deliver high-quality, engaging, and inclusive health-related activities at a European-level.

As Lead Programme Manager for Elect Consults, she plays an integral role in embedding rigorous governance and tailored project management support that best meets the needs of a diverse range of key national and regional stakeholders, including commissioners, systems, and professional bodies, to address common NHS workforce planning and education challenges.

Tania has a keen interest in digital transformation in healthcare and has advised on a number of national clinical education programmes requiring digital innovation and scaling, including the HSJ Digital Awards 2023 Highly Commended “Digitising Step 1 programme”.

Ella Nuttall

Ella studied a Health Psychology MSc at UCL, with a focus on behaviour change. On graduating she worked at an award-winning medical education agency, incorporating academic behaviour change theories. She then spent four years at KPMG in the Healthcare and Lifesciences Strategy team advising the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies internationally to develop and refine their corporate strategies - including launch, operational strategy and stakeholder engagement, across therapy areas.

At the start of the Covid pandemic, Ella joined the London Nightingale Hospital’s Training and Education team, and has spent the last 3 years working in the NHS to support national and regional workforce and education strategies across care areas, including recently supporting development of Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust’s Strategy (2023-28).
